The Construction and Application of Education Cloud in Heilongjiang

"教育云"诞生于云计算技术的勃兴,已被广泛应用在远程教育领域,其基础是教育信息化公共服务平台和数字化教学资源库建设工程。它创设了"资源超市"等开放灵活的运行机制,融合了各类学习网站、学习平台与学习资源,在整合技术与资源的基础上构筑了基于教育云的生态环境。文章以黑龙江省教育云为例,对该省教育云的建设与实际应用情况做了详细介绍,并针对当前省级教育云建设与应用过程中存在的问题与对策进行了有益的研讨与分析。

Born in the thriving of “cloud computing”,“education cloud” has been widely used in the field of distance education, whose foundation were the educational information public service platform and construction project of digital teaching resource pool. Meanwhile,“education cloud” created an open and flexible operating mechanism such as “resource supermarket”, integrated various learning websites, learning platforms and learning resources, and constructed an ecological environment based on the integration of technology and resources. In this paper, the practical application situation of education cloud in certain cities by taking the education cloud in Heilongjiang Province as an example. Moreover, the problems and countermeasures in the current construction and application of provincial education cloud were discussed and analyzed helpfully.
