装配式建筑墙体力学性能研究进展

Research Progress on Mechanical Properties of Prefabricated Building Walls

装配式建筑是采用预制部品部件在工地装配而成的建筑,具有质量高、工期短、现场湿作业少等优点。近年来国家大力发展装配式建筑,为其理论研究与工程实践提供了有力保障。建筑墙体作为竖向传力及维护构件,其结构用材、结构组成对其力学性能具有重要影响。介绍了现阶段砌块建筑、板材建筑、盒式建筑等建筑墙体的力学性能研究进展,提出了进一步研究适用于寒区、高烈度区的装配式砌块,增加新型绿色建筑材料在装配式墙体中的应用、进一步丰富盒式建筑结构体系等研究建议。

Prefabricated buildings are assembled on site with prefabricated components,which have the advantages of high quality,short construction period and less wet work on site.In recent years,China has vigorously developed prefabricated buildings,which provide opportunities for theoretical research and engineering practice.As vertical force transfer and maintenance components,the structural material and structure composition of building walls have an important impact on the mechanical properties of walls.This paper introduces the research progress of mechanical properties of building walls such as block buildings,slab buildings and box buildings at present,and puts forward some suggestions:further researching prefabricated blocks suitable for cold and high intensity areas,increasing the application of new green building materials in prefabricated walls,and further enriching the structural system of box buildings.
