摘要 采用生命周期评价方法,研究了煤基甲醇替代燃料的能源消耗以及温室气体排放情况,并对副产品的研究方法以及配套CCS技术带来的影响进行了讨论。研究结果表明,煤基甲醇车用燃料生命周期总能源消耗比传统汽/柴油高50%,但是可使石油的使用大大降低(石油消耗占比约为1%);常规甲醇生产路线生命周期温室气体排放比传统汽/柴油高80%;CCS技术以及燃料/电联产,可显著降低煤基甲醇生命周期温室气体排放。研究发现,副产品处理方法对煤基燃料生命周期结果影响很大。 The energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of coal derived methanol vehicle fuel were studied by the life cycle assessment method. And the effects of by-product and CCS technology were analyzed. The results showed that the total energy consumption of coal derived methanol vehicle fuel was 50% higher than that of conventional gasoline/diesel fuel, but the use of petroleum could be greatly reduced (petroleum consumption accounted for about 1%). Also, the greenhouse gas emissions of conventional methanol production route were 80% higher than those of traditional gasoline/diesel fuel. CCS technology and fuel/electricity co-production could significantly reduce the greenhouse gas emissions of coal derived methanol. It was found that by-product treatment methods had a great impact on the life cycle of coal-based fuels.
