摘要
针对铁钼法甲醛生产工艺进口催化剂国外技术垄断、价格昂贵的现状,自主研发了EQ-101型铁钼甲醛合成催化剂,并进行了工业应用。介绍了EQ-101型甲醛催化剂的物性指标及催化剂装填情况;分析了采用该催化剂后开车阶段和工业运行阶段甲醛产品质量和ECS入口尾气副产物等工艺指标。结果表明,甲醛产品质量和ECS入口尾气副产物各项指标可满足工艺要求,生产1 t质量分数37%的甲醛平均甲醇单耗约430 kg,甲醛收率92%,甲醇转化率98%,与进口催化剂水平相当,具备工业推广条件。
In view of the high cost of imported catalyst for the formaldehyde production with the iron-molybdenum method, EQ-101 Fe-Mo formaldehyde synthesis catalyst was self-developed with industrial application. The physical data of EQ-101 formaldehyde catalyst and its loading was illustrated. The process indicators of formaldehyde product quality and exhaust by-products from ECS system at the start-up stage and industrial operation stage after using this catalyst were analyzed. The results showed that the quality of formaldehyde product and the exhaust by-products from ECS system met the process requirements. For per ton of formaldehyde (mass fraction of 37%), the average unit consumption was about 430 kg methanol, the formaldehyde yield was 92%, and the methanol conversion rate was 98%, which was equivalent to the level of imported catalyst.
