摘要
针对焦炉烟道气直接外排造成的热量损失和环境污染,研发了一种新型余热锅炉技术。介绍了新型余热锅炉系统的方案设计、工作原理及系统特点,分析了该锅炉在某焦化公司的应用情况,结果显示:焦炉和烟囱之间加装翅片管新型余热锅炉后,单台可产蒸汽6 t/h,回收热量所产蒸汽折标煤8 774.4 t,每年可节约标煤8 326.8 t。
In view of the heat loss and environmental pollution caused by direct discharge of coke oven flue gas, a new type of waste heat boiler technology was developed. The scheme design, working principle and system characteristics of the new type waste heat boiler system were introduced. The application of such boiler in a coking company was analyzed. The results showed that after installing the finned tube new type waste heat boiler between the coke oven and the chimney, a single unit could produce 6t/h steam, heat recovery and steam production could be converted into standard coal, and the annual standard coal saving could reach 8326.8t.
