摘要
介绍了一种利用输入输出延时(IODELAY)单元来实现高分辨率时延控制的设计方法。该方法通过时延粗控加精控能达到1ns分辨率的时延控制精度,为满足特定条件下系统对高分辨率时延控制精度的需求提供了很强的实用参考价值。
This paper introduces a design method to realize the time delay control with high resolution by means of input-output delay(IODELAY) unit.The method can obtain the time delay control accuracy with 1 ns resolution through time delay accurate control+rough control,provides perfect practical reference value for the system requirements of time delay control accuracy with high resolution in the special conditions.
