Multi-dimensional Reflection on Cai Yuan-pei's Educational Thought of Perfect Personality

现代教育学、心理学认为,人格是一个综合性概念,可以从不同的角度对人格进行不同结构系统的区分,主要有个性与群性统一、知情意行、德智体美劳、身心等系统。我国近代教育家蔡元培的完全人格教育思想是一个符合现代人格结构系统、也是一个古今融合、中西合璧的多层次、多维度的复杂思想体系,这一思想对于反思我国目前人才培养中存在的问题及确立未来教育改革的目标和方向都具有重要的借鉴意义。
