基于熵权法和聚类分析的开发区发展水平评价——以安徽省为例 被引量:1

Development Level Evaluation of Development Zones Based on the Methods of Entropy Weight and Clustering Analysis——A Case Study of Anhui Province

摘要 开发区在促进产业经济变革,引领产业结构升级,带动地方经济发展中发挥重要作用。以省级以上开发区为研究对象,2012年至2016年安徽省统计年鉴数据为基础,利用熵值赋权法对隶属于16个地市的开发区发展水平进行综合评价排名,结果显示各地市历年排名相对稳定,但发展水平差距明显。对此,利用评价得分进行地市聚类,针对聚类结果分析各地市发展优势与不足,最后提出优选特色资源、融入互联网经济等策略建议。与已有研究不同,本文在量化评价得分的基础上,通过K均值聚类有效理清地市开发区归属梯队问题,并给出具有普适性和针对性的对策建议,为开发区综合评价分析的研究内容提供了补充。 Development zones play an important role in promoting the reform of industrial economy, upgrading the industrial structures and stimulating the development of the local economy. With Anhui provincial development zones as research objects, and based on the statistical yearbook data of Anhui province from 2012 to 2016, this study adopts the entropy weight method to evaluate and rank the development level of the development zones in 16 cities. The results show that the ranking is relatively stable during the five years. But the gap between different cities is obvious. Then, according to the clustering results from the evaluation scores with the actual development advantages and disadvantages of the cities, some suggestions are given. Different from the existing research, based on the quantitative scores, this study adopts the K-means clustering algorithm to solve the development classification problem, and proposes some countermeasures with universality and pertinence so as to provides supplementary for the comprehensive evaluation of development zones.
