Individualized Ideological and Political Education for College Students

在社会发展进程中,大学生个性化培育日益成为思想政治教育面临的新课题。概述了高校对大学生开展思想政治个性化教育的必要性,分析了高校面临教育内容片面化、教育方法机械化和评价机制单一化等问题,提出了开展思想政治教育要更新教育观念、丰富教育内容、搭建网络平台、调整评价机制等对策。因此,大学生思想政治个性化教育要紧扣时代脉搏,与时俱进,才能保持思想政治教育的生命力。

In the process of today′s social development,personalized cultivation of college students has increasingly become a new topic for ideological and political education.This study outlines the necessity of individualized ideological and political education for college students.The problems of one-sided education content,mechanization of educational methods and simplification of evaluation mechanism are analyzed.It puts forward some countermeasures for carrying out ideological and political education,such as renewing educational concepts,enriching educational contents,constructing network platform and adjusting evaluation mechanism.Therefore,in order to maintain the vitality of ideological and political education,the education should develop with the advance of the times.
