Political Functions of Discipline Inspection and Supervision in Universities

新时代新征程新要求新使命,伴随着中国特色社会主义新时代的开启,高等教育迎来了改革发展的新机遇,党的十九大将"坚持党对一切工作的领导"确定为治国方略之一。通过总结突出政治功能的重点,分析了突出政治功能的关键环节,提出了突出政治功能的具体措施。认为:办人民满意的社会主义大学必须成为高校最根本的职能,高校纪检监察部门作为监督执纪问责专职部门,就应当把政治建设摆在首位,突出政治功能,提升组织能力,强化纪律建设,用铁的纪律保障学校改革发展。

With the prelude to a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,higher education ushered in new opportunities for reform and development.The principles of′Adhere to all leadership of CPC′of 19 th National Congress of CPC are identified as one of the strategies of governing China.By summarizing the key points of highlighting political functions,this study analyzes the key steps of highlighting political functions,and puts forward concrete measures to highlight political functions.Developing socialist universities with people′s satisfaction is the fundamental function of universities in China.As a full-time department of supervision,discipline inspection and supervision departments in universities should put political construction in the first place,highlight the political function,enhance organizational capacity,strengthen discipline construction,with strict discipline to ensure the reform and development of universities.
