浅析地方高校师资队伍建设的公平与效益 被引量:2

摘要 地方高校受编制和资金限制,在师资引进和培养过程中存在部分公平与效益失调问题,一定程度影响了学校的办学效益。为此,本文提出应科学地制定师资引进计划,严把师资引进质量关,丰富师资培养渠道和方式,建立健全考评机制,通过公平促效益,通过效益带动公平,实现地方高校师资队伍建设公平与效益的和谐统一。 Due to the limitation of available fund for institution personnel and school running in academia,the existence of unfair phenomenon during the process of introducing and training the teaching staff greatly affected education quality and benefit.Therefore,it is essential to make a scientific plan for high quality teaching,to extend the academies programme for teacher training,and to establish a sound mechanism for teaching evaluation.The ultimate goal is to accomplish the harmony between equality and profit via the process that equality promotes profit,and profit stimulates equality.
