摘要 以高职院校酒店英语课程中前厅部"办理客房登记入住服务"为例,分析了当前我国高职"酒店英语"教学的特点和存在的问题,对高职院校酒店英语课程教学过程进行重构,并对教学效果进行评估。认为:以"任务"为引领,学生通过和同学、老师之间的交流、表达、沟通、交涉、解释、询问等各种语言形式执行教学任务,充分发挥学生的主体作用,激发了学生的学习兴趣;采用任务教学法教学的班级较未使用的班级有更好的教学效果,学生教学过程中的参与程度也更高。 This is a case study of the′check-in′service in front desk of Higher Vocational Hotel English.It analyses the features and the existed problems of our current teaching situation of Hotel English in higher vocational colleges and reconstructs the teaching process of Hotel English,and also evaluates the teaching effect.It shows that as led by′tasks′,students can play a main role through the communication,expression,negotiation,explanation,and inquiry with the teacher and other students.Their interest in learning can be stimulated.Compared with the class without using task-based teaching methods,the class with task-based teaching methods has achieved better teaching effect,in which students have higher participation during the teaching process.
