摘要
从目前我国英语教学改革的实际需要出发,结合英语作为外语学习的教育现状及存在问题,提出了以提高交际能力为目的"先语后文"的教学法。通过案例解析,该教学方法符合语言学习的自然规律,是解决我国英语学习者口语交际能力弱的有效方法,为非母语国家学习英语存在问题提供了有效的解决方案。
Based on the requirements of current Chinese English reform,combining the status quo of Chinese English education in EFL context with long-standing problems,the author proposes a possible remedy-′Learning to Speak English in Real-life Situations First,and Written Forms Afterwards′,whose aim is to improve learners′communicative competence.Through analysis of the case studies,it is proved that this proposed method complies with the natural law of building up a language foundation and can serve to be an effective and efficient way of solving the long-existing and unsolved problem,i.e.a lack of communicative competency and spoken proficiency in English among the vast majority of English learners in China.As a consequence,it provides a possible solution to oral language learning problems for language learners in other EFL contexts as well.
