地方高校“双一流”建设的机遇挑战与对策

"双一流"建设是中国经济社会发展到由"资源驱动型"转向"创新驱动型"阶段的一项重要的国家战略,将加速中国从"教育大国"向"教育强国"的转变。"双一流"建设引领中国高等教育未来的发展方向,根本目的是立德树人,离开了人才培养这个根本,"双一流"建设既不可能实现,也变得毫无意义,所有高校都应当把提高人才培养质量作为"双一流"建设的最本质内容和高等教育的最重要使命。地方高校在"双一流"建设中不应该是旁观者,应积极抓住机遇,创造条件,找准定位,实现内涵发展、特色发展、错位发展、差别化发展,找准适合地方高校追求卓越、创造一流的正确路径。

The ′Double First Class′ construction is an important national strategy for the Chinese economic and social development from ′resource-driven′ stage to ′construction innovation-driven′ stage. It will accelerate China′s transformation from ′a great power nation of education′ to ′a powerful nation of education′. The ′Double First Class′ construction is the directional lead for the future development of higher education in China, the fundamental purpose of which is morality education.Leaving fundamental talents cultivation, the ′Double First Class′ construction is neither possible to be reality nor meaningful. All universities should considered the personnel training quality improvement to be the most essential content of ′Double First Class′ construction and the most important mission of higher education. Local universities should not be a bystander in ′Double First Class′ construction, but should actively grasp opportunities, create conditions, identify position, realize connotation development,characteristic development, dislocation development, and differential development, as well as finding correct way to pursuit excellence and create first-class suitable to local universities.
