混合学习模式下学生对大学英语教师角色的期待

摘要 混合学习包括面对面教学和在线学习两部分,通过问卷从学生视角调查了混合学习模式下课堂和线上两个阶段学生对英语教师角色的期待。其中课堂阶段学生最期待的教师角色为知识传递者、帮助学生解决问题的探究者、动机激发者、策略培训者,不期待的教师角色为情感策略支持者、学习材料提供者和监督者;线上学习阶段学生认同感比较一致且期待的教师角色是帮助学生解决问题的探究者,不期待的是作为组织讨论与交流的协作者。 Blended learning is composed of 2 parts: face-to-face instruction and online learning. Based on the 2 parts, this study conducts the investigation on the expectation of college English teachers′ roles from the students′ perspective. The results show that the teachers′ roles that students expect most in the classroom are knowledge transmitter, problem solver, motivation promoter and strategy trainer. While the teachers′ roles that students expect least in the classroom are emotion supporter, learning material provider and monitor. For online learning, students expect the teachers to play the role as a problem solver. On the contrary, they do not support the role as an instructor of organizing discussion and teamwork tasks.
