基于SWOT-PEST的湖州市吴兴区休闲农业发展策略研究

Development of Leisure Agriculture in Wuxing District of Huzhou City Based on SWOT-PEST

湖州市吴兴区的休闲农业资源丰富,其地理区位、经济基础和客户资源优势明显,吴兴区抓住休闲农业快速发展、政府高度重视和"互联网+"快速推广的机遇,推进休闲农业的发展。本文采用SOWT-PEST模型分析法,从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面对吴兴区休闲农业的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了系统的分析。提出以休闲农业促进旅游发展、完善休闲农业体制机制、打造特色品牌以满足消费者多样化需求、加大资金的投入、培养高素质人才、坚持营造和谐生态环境等发展策略,以促进吴兴区休闲农业的快速发展。

Wuxing District of Huzhou City has rich resources in leisure agriculture, there are obvious advantages in geographical location, economic base and customer resources, Wuxing District grasp the opportunity of rapid development of leisure agriculture, high attention of the government and the rapid promotion of ′Internet+′ in Wuxing district has brought great opportunities, so as to promote the development of leisure agriculture. This study adopts SOWT-PEST model analysis to analyze systematically the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Wuxing′s leisure agriculture from 4 aspects including politics, economy, society and technology. Put forward to promote the development of tourism leisure agriculture, improve institutional mechanisms, build brand characteristics to meet the diverse needs of consumers, increase capital investment, cultivate high-quality talents, create a harmonious ecological environment, to promote the rapid development of leisure agriculture in Wuxing District.
