摘要
通过阐释了交通运输与经济发展的关系,重点分析了大湄公河次区域交通运输合作的制度现状及存在的问题,提出各国应当在共同利益基础上从国家主权让渡、法律制度建设、争端解决机制等方面来改善次区域交通运输合作法律环境的建议。
This study explains the relationship between transportation and economic development, and analyses legal system and its existing problems of the Greater Mekong Subregion economic cooperation in transportation. The study put forward that we should improve the regional transportation cooperation in terms of national sovereignty transfer, legal system construction and dispute settlement mechanism on the basis of the common interests of all countries.
