摘要
针对MW级风力发电机变桨轴承起吊设备的强度设计问题进行研究,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立变桨轴承起吊系统有限元模型;基于IIW规范,针对极限工况,分别利用线性插值计算和MPC模拟螺栓的方法进行了板、焊缝以及螺栓的强度校核。研究结果表明,危险位置与工程实际吻合,证明了该分析方法的实用性,同时也为起吊设备的结构设计和强度校核提供了一种新方法。
Aiming at the strength of MW grade wind turbine pitch-bearing turnover frame,it uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the model of the pitch-bearing turnover system,applies linear extrapolation and MPC element to simulate the ultimate strength assessment of plate,welding and bolt based on the IIW specifications.The results show that the danger locations are almost consistent with the actual engineering,the analysis data is effective and practical.This provides a new method for the design and ultimate strength analysis of the turnover frame.
