摘要
以35mm新型榴弹发射器为研究对象,描述了该榴弹发射器的设计思路,对关键的曲线槽进行了设计,并且阐述了自动机在正常和故障情况下的工作原理。利用CAXA三维软件建立榴弹发射器三维模型,进行了总体虚拟装配。利用ADAMS建立了榴弹发射器的虚拟样机模型,通过对其进行动力学分析,得出了自动机的运动特性参数,结果证明该设计是可行的。
Taking a new type of 35 mm grenade launcher as the research object,it describes the design idea of the grenade launcher,illustrates the key curve groove,and presents the working principle of the automaton under normal and fault conditions.Based on CAXA three-dimensional software it builds the three-dimensional model of grenade launcher,carries out the overall virtual assembly,establishes the virtual prototype model of grenade launcher in ADAMS.Based on the dynamic analysis,it shows that the motion characteristic parameters of the automaton and the results are feasible.
