镁合金体育器械的表面改性与耐磨性能研究 被引量:6

Study on surface modification and wear resistance of magnesium alloy for sports apparatus

摘要 采用等离子喷涂技术在体育器械用AZ91合金表面制备了Al+Al_2O_3复合涂层,研究了复合涂层的表面和截面形貌,并对比分析了AZ91合金基材和复合涂层的耐磨损性能。结果表明,表面Al+Al_2O_3复合涂层的厚度为210~320μm,复合涂层与基材之间的界面结合良好,未见明显气孔或者喷涂缺陷;Al+Al_2O_3复合涂层的平均磨损体积和磨损失重相对于AZ91合金基材均有大幅度降低,Al+Al_2O_3涂层的耐磨性能明显优于AZ91合金基材。 Based on plasma spraying technology it prepares Al+Al2O3 coating on the surface of AZ91 alloy for sports equipment,analyzes the surface and section morphology of the composite coating.The results show that the thickness of Al+Al2O3 composite coating is 210~320m.Comparing with AZ91 alloy substrate,this method can significantly reduce the average wear volume and weight loss of Al+Al2O3 composite coating,and the wear resistance of Al+Al2O3 coating is significantly better than AZ91 alloy substrate.
