国产水下控制模块测试方案研究及风险管理

Analysis of Test Program and Risk Management of Domestic Subsea Control Module

水下控制模块是水下控制系统的核心部件,其国产样机及配套设备研制被列为国家科技重大专项课题重点研究任务之一。国产水下控制模块工程应用的成功很大程度上依赖于地面测试和风险管理。针对国产水下控制模块样机的测试方案进行了研究,其中包括水下控制模块功能测试、水下控制模块性能测试以及水下电子模块测试;同时,针对国产水下控制模块工程应用的风险管理进行探讨。探索出一条水下产品从设计制造到实际工程应用的道路。

Subsea control module(SCM)serves as a core component of subsea control system.The domestic prototype of SCM and associated equipment has been listed as one of the key research assignments in National Science and Technology Major Project.Successful engineering application of domestic SCM depends on the ground test and risk management to a large extent.The test program of domestic SCM prototype is analyzed,including functional test of SCM,performance test of SCM and subsea test of electrical module.Risk management of domestic SCM engineering application is also discussed.One way from design and manufacture to practical engineering application is explored.
