深海潜水器密封舱室传热的数值研究

摘要 深海潜水器密封舱室是潜航员生活及进行科研活动的重要场所,舱室热环境是影响潜航员舒适性的主要因素。论文采用数值模拟的方法研究了考虑辐射与否对密封舱室传热特性的影响,研究结果表明:辐射的影响在密封舱室热分析中可以忽略。在此基础上,研究有、无隔热层的潜水器在600~1400m不同海水深度下舱室的换热性能,随海水深度增加,舱内空气温度与水舱水的温度均逐渐下降。隔热层的设置可以使舱内空气温度在变海深工况下保持在300.38K^295.04K的范围,对实现深海条件下舱室自平衡换热起到重要作用。 Sealed cabin of a deep sea submersible is an important place in daily life and scientific research activities of hydronauts,and thermal environment of the cabin is a main factor affecting the comfort of hydronauts.In this paper,the influence of radiation on the heat transfer performance of the sealed cabin is studied by numerical simulation.Results show that the influence of radiation can be ignored in thermal analysis of a sealed cabin.On this basis,the heat transfer performance of the submersible with or without thermal insulation layer at depths of 600 m to 1400 m is studied.As the depth of the sea increases,air temperature in the cabin and the temperature of water in the tank decreases gradually.Thermal insulation layer can keep the air temperature in the cabin within range of 300.38 to 295.04 K under different sea depth,which plays an important role in realizing auto-thermal equilibrium of the cabin under deep sea conditions.
