摘要
论文针对FLNG在南海台风条件下需要撤离的实际需求,开展FLNG薄膜型液舱温度场研究。对于LNG液舱的二维和三维温度场分析,分别采用自编程序的简化分析方法和ANSYS三维建模分析方法。简化分析方法简单快捷,适用于方案设计阶段的温度场计算。ANSYS三维建模分析方法计算结果能呈现三维温度场分布情况,适用于基本设计和详细设计阶段的温度场计算。论文中采用的两种方法分别在某实际气田的FLNG方案中得到应用,为FLNG南海避台方案提供技术支持。
For the demand of FLNG evacuation under typhoon condition in the South China Sea,the temperature field of FLNG membrane tank in the South China Sea is studied.For the 2D and 3D temperature field analysis of LNG tanks,a simplified thermal transfer analysis method with self-programming and the 3D method modeling thermal transfer by ANSYS are adopted respectively.The simplified method is simple and fast,which is suitable for the calculation of the temperature field in the conceptual design stage.The 3D modeling method by ANSYS can present 3D temperature distribution,which is suitable for the calculation of the temperature field in the basic and detailed design stage.The proposed method is applied to the FLNG schemes of several gas fields and provides technical support for FLNG evacuation under typhoon condition in the South China Sea.
