摘要
海上石油平台微电网的电压无功控制问题亟待解决。针对海上石油平台微电网的特点,设计了基于遗传算法的自动电压控制(AVC)策略。该策略以有功网损和电压越界量为优化的目标函数,选取电容器组、有载调压变压器和发电机作为决策变量,通过遗传算法寻找最佳AVC方案,优化系统运行状态。仿真结果表明,AVC方案生成策略用时较短,能够有效减少系统的有功功率和无功功率网损,实现对平台微网实时、经济、合理的电压无功控制。
Aiming at characteristics of the micro-grid on the offshore oil platform,an automatic voltage control(AVC)strategy based on genetic algorithm is designed.In the strategy,the active network loss and the voltage cross boundary are taken as objective functions,while the capacitor bank,load voltage transformer and the generator are selected as decision variables.The best AVC scheme is searched by the genetic algorithm to optimize the running state of the system.The simulation results show that generation of the AVC scheme is fast,which can effectively reduce the active power and reactive power loss of the system,and realize real-time,economical and reasonable voltage reactive power control for micro-network of the platform.
