摘要
随着水下生产系统在中国深水油气田逐步应用,水下防沉板基础的使用越来越多。防沉板基础结构简单、安装便捷,是水下生产系统基础选择时的首选方案。在防沉板基础设计和计算时,冲击载荷具有很大的影响。但是在计算冲击载荷对防沉板的影响时,以初始速度计算得出冲击载荷时,无法考虑到并计算入海水溢出效应对于速度衰减的影响,计算所得的冲击载荷远大于实际载荷;因此,分析海水的溢出效应对水下结构防沉板坐底冲击的影响,以获得准确的冲击载荷,对水下防沉板基础的设计具有重大工程实际意义,对未来水下生产系统在中国高效经济的深水开发应用也具有重大意义。
With more and more application of subsea production system in China deep water oil&gas field,the subsea MUDMAT foundation was frequently used.MUDMAT foundation is the first choice for subsea production system foundation because of its simple structure and easy installation.Impact load has significant influence to design and calculation of MUDMAT foundation.If velocity reduction due to the effect of water dissipation was not considered in the calculation of impact load,the calculation value will be significantly larger than the actual one.Consideration of the effect of water dissipation is of great practical significance to design of MUDMAT foundation.
