摘要 在设计VSI驱动信号时,针对dSPACE实验板卡不能直接将MATLAB/Simulink中SPWM信号转化为所需驱动信号而是需要输入量为SPWM波对应的占空比信号,本文首先基于规则采样法同时利用MATLAB/Simulink计算出SPWM波占空比信号,接着将计算得到的SPWM占空比信号输入到dSPACE相应的板卡中,实现了基于dSPACE的SPWM信号,完成对四桥臂冗余容错逆变器的有效控制。文中提出的方法最终在所搭建的基于晶闸管切换的四桥臂冗余容错逆变器实验平台中完成实验验证,结果表明基于dSPACE的VSI驱动信号能够有效可靠地驱动逆变器正常运行。 When the VSI driver signal is designed,the dSPACE experimental board can not directly convert the SPWM signal in the MATLAB/Simulink into the required driving signal,but the duty ratio signal corresponding to the SPWM wave is needed.In this paper,based on the regular sampling method,the SPWM duty ratio signal is calculated using MATLAB/Simulink simultaneously.Then the calculated SPWM duty ratio signal is input into the dSPACE corresponding board,and the SPWM signal based on dSPACE is realized,and the effective control of the redundant four bridge arm redundant tolerant inverter is accomplished.The method proposed in this paper is finally tested in the experimental platform of the four leg redundant redundant inverter based on thyristor switching.The results show that the VSI driving signal based on dSPACE can drive the inverter normallyand reliably.
