人脸识别与大数据是现代智能安防的两大重要支撑科技,它们升级了社会安防模式与体系,提高了系统运行效率。本文提出了一种基于人像大数据的现代人口管控技术方案,研究了人像识别利用大数据技术将成果应用于公共安全视频监控建设的基层实战中,探索出一条全面布局公共安全视频建设的道路,其成果能够结合先进的深度学习、大数据、云计算等技术,帮助公安部门突破传统的人工排查的工作模式,有效提升公共安全领域对特殊人群的监控、恐怖分子布防、涉案人员追逃等人员管控能力。

Face recognition and big data have become two important supporting technologies of modern intelligent security.They not only upgrade the social security model and system,greatly improve the efficiency of the system operation,but also change the production and life of everyone.A modern population control technology scheme based on big data of human figures is proposed,the scheme studies the application of big data technology in the field of public security video monitoring and construction and explore a comprehensive layout of public security video construction road.At the same time,the results will be able to incorporate the technologies of advanced deep learning,big data,cloud computing,to help the department of public security break through the work model of the traditional manual process,to effectively improve the control and control ability of the public safety field for the monitoring of the special crowd,the protection of terrorist and the flight of personnel involved.
