摘要
为模拟飞行器舵面的负载特性,为地面试验提供技术支持,该文提供了一种可实现舵面负载模拟系统的设计方法:利用弹簧钢板的弯曲力矩模拟舵面铰链力矩,通过调整弹性钢板压板位置改变系统结构刚度,通过增减惯量盘实现转动惯量的调整。经过试验验证,该系统与真实舵面负载特性保持一致,具有良好的工程应用价值。
In order to simulate the load characteristics of vehicle rudder and provide technical assistance for ground tests,this paper provides a design method of air rudder simulation load system.The bending moment of steel spring plate is used to simulate the hinge moment of rudder,the structural stiffness is changed by adjusting the position of elastic plate,and adjusting moment of inertia is realized by increasing or decreasing the inertia disk.The test results show the system is consistent with the rudder load characteristics and has good engineering application value.
