Comparative Study on Development of Competitive Swimming in Jiangsu and Zhejiang

通过文献分析法、访谈法等,了解江苏省与浙江省竞技游泳的发展现状,并对比分析发现江苏省竞技游泳运动员的参赛机会、教练员的执教经验、鼓励政策、运动员选材等不足,并提出有效的对策与建议。

By means of literature analysis and interviews, the development status of competitive swimming in Jiangsu province and Zhejiang province is understood, and the comparative analysis finds that Jiangsu competitive swimmers' participation opportunities, coaches' teaching experience, incentive policies, athletes' selection and other shortcomings, and puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions.
