摘要
以茶籽粕为原料,乙醇为萃取剂,在单因素试验基础上进行响应面分析。实验结果表明,最佳提取条件:浸提时间4 h、乙醇浓度76%、料液比1∶11 (g/mL)、提取温度81℃。在此条件下,茶皂素的得率可达21.5%。
Using tea seed meal as raw material, ethanol as the extraction agent, on the basis of single factor experiment, response surface methodology was carried out. The experimental results showed that the optimized extraction conditions were as follows: extraction time 4 h, ethanol concentration 76 %, solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 11(g/mL), extraction temperature 81℃. Under these conditions, tea saponin yield could reach 21.5%.
