摘要
建立翼开启厢式车车厢主体骨架三维几何模型、HyperWorks有限元模型,将车厢主体骨架材料Q235换成铝合金材料进行有限元分析,探寻铝合金材料车厢主体骨架结构优化设计方向,并进行相应骨架结构优化设计,得到铝合金材料车厢主体骨架改进结构。分析结果表明,改进后铝合金材料车厢主体骨架结构满足设计要求,轻量化效果明显。
The three-dimensional geometric model and finite element model of the main frame of wingspan van was built.The main body frame material Q235 of the car is replaced by aluminum alloy material for finite element analysis to explore the optimal design direction of the main body frame structure of the aluminum alloy car.The carriage skeleton structure is improved through the optimal design of that corresponding framework structure.The analysis results show that the improved carriage skeleton structure has met with the design requirements and the lightweight effect is obvious.
