国产与进口丙泊酚用于无痛胃镜检查术麻醉效果比较

Comparison of Anesthetic Effects Between Domestic Propofol and Imported Propofol for Painless Gastroscopy

目的比较国产与进口丙泊酚注射液用于无痛胃镜检查术的麻醉效果和安全性。方法选取医院2016年11月至2018年1月门诊接受无痛胃镜检查患者400例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(DP组)和试验1,2,3组(LM组,LW组,BP组),各100例。各组患者在静脉注射咪达唑仑和芬太尼后分别缓慢静脉注射丙泊酚注射液(进口,得普利麻;国产,力蒙欣、乐维静、泊得乐),麻醉成功后行胃镜检查。结果与DP组比较,BD组患者丙泊酚用量显著增加(P <0. 05),LM组患者麻醉诱导时长、苏醒时间显著缩短(P <0. 05);与麻醉前比较,4组患者麻醉后和苏醒时心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)均有显著差异(P <0. 05),但均在正常值范围内; 4组疼痛程度比较无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。结论部分国产与进口丙泊酚注射液用于无痛胃镜检查术的麻醉效果和安全性相近。

Objective To compare the anesthetic effects and safety between domestic propofol and imported propofol for painless gas troscopy.Methods Totally 400 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy from November 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(DP group)and experimental 1,2 and 3 groups(LM group,LW group and BP group),100 cases in each group.After intravenous administration of midazolam and fentanyl,Propofol Injection was slowly injected into each group(Import:Diprivan.Domestic:Lemengxin,Leweijing,Bodele).Gastroscopy was performed after successful anesthesia.Results Compared with DP group,the dosage of propofol in BD group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the induction time and recovery time of patients in LM group were significantly shortened(P<0.05).Compared with before anesthesia,the heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and oxygen saturation(SpO2)were significantly different in the four groups after anesthesia and after awakening(P<0.05),but they were all within the normal range.There was no significant difference in pain degree among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The anesthetic efects and safety of some domestic and imported Propofol Injection for painless gastroscopy are similar.
