中西药外治法治疗皮肤病临床经验总结

Clinical Experience of External Therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Dermatosis

目的探讨中西药外治法治疗皮肤病的原则和方法。方法分别从皮肤病的皮损表现,患者的自觉症状、年龄,皮损程度、部位及皮肤病类别等入手,总结相应中西药外治法的具体用药,并分享治疗经验。结论中西药外治法用于治疗皮肤病有一定效果,且治疗范围广,严格按该文总结的经验和原则多角度地选药用药,能更好地保证疗效。

Objective To investigate the principles and methods of external therapy of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of dermatosis.Methods From the skin lesion manifestation,patient's self-conscious symptoms,age,degree of skin lesion,location and types of dermatosis,the corresponding specific drugs for external therapy of Chinese and Western medicine were summarized,and the treatment experiences were shared.Results and Conclusion External therapy of Chinese and Western medicine has certain effect in the treatment of dermatosis,and the range of treatment is also wide.According to the experiences and principles summarized in this paper,strict drug selection and medication from multiple perspectives can better ensure the curative effect.
