摘要 通过对检修中发现问题的原因分析、采取措施和改造处理,纳子峡水电站3号机组开机经过温升试验、空载扰动试验、机械过速158%转速试验及甩负荷试验后未再出现机组过速后上、下导轴瓦间隙增大,摆度、振动超出机组稳定运行要求范围的情况,检修前、后机组运行相关数据参数的对比可以看出:机组检修后发电机各部摆度、振动等的运行相关数据参数在规范要求的范围内,机组运行稳定,达到了预期的效果。 Through analyzing causes, taking measures and conducting treatment of the problems found in the overhaul, the No.3 unit of the Nazixia Hydropower Station was turned on. After the temperature rise test, the no-load disturbance test, the mechanical 158% overspeed test and the load rejection test, increase of clearance between the upper and lower guide bushes, and the swing and vibration exceeding the requirements of the stable operation of the unit never occurred when the unit is overspeed. The comparison of the unit operation-related data and parameters before and after the maintenance shows that the operation-related data such as swing and vibration of the generator are within the range of the specification after overhaul. The unit is stable in operation and the treatment has achieved the expected effect.
