身份识别温度传感器及提高其成活率研究

摘要 大体积混凝土在凝固过程中产生的水化热直接影响混凝土质量,为了掌控混凝土温度所使用的温度传感器的性能、埋设位置分布情况及意外断线后准确定位将直接决定温度监测是否实现全覆盖。为了保证温度传感器性能,提高其成活率,解决其定位问题,带编码身份识别的温度传感器及网状传感器保护罩应运而生。其中,"带编码身份识别的温度传感器"、"绝缘隔热的网状温度传感器保护罩"申请国家发明和/或实用新型专利各一项。查新结论为"除本项目单位所申请专利外,国内外未见文献报道"。 The hydration heat generated by mass concrete during solidification directly affects the quality of concrete. The performance of temperature sensor used for controlling concrete temperature, the distribution of buried position and the accurate positioning after accidental disconnection will directly determine whether complete coverage of temperature monitoring is achieved. In order to ensure the performance of the temperature sensor, improve its survival rate and solve its positioning problem, a temperature sensor with coded identification and a mesh sensor guard are developed. Among them,"temperature sensor with coded identification" and "insulated mesh temperature sensor guard" has respectively applied for the national invention and/or utility model patents. Novelty search result shows that "except for the patents applied by the project institute, no literature report on the applied patent found in China and abroad".
