摘要
针对地铁风机常见的故障类型,本文提出了一种表征风机故障状态的指标,即调制强度。调制强度是根据风机在线监测得到的振动信号,通过包络解调获得的特征强度能够准确地反映风机的故障程度。同时对于风机振动信号的特点,利用循环平稳解调算法准确获得的特征频率表征风机的工作状态,结合调制强度能够准确地反映风机的故障类型以及故障程度。通过地铁轴流风机以及射流风机的现场实验,验证了该方法的准确性,对研究地铁风机的故障诊断技术具有重要意义。
In this paper, an index for the fault diagnosis of a metro fan, which is called modulation intensity is proposed. The modulation intensity is obtained by an envelope demodulation based on a vibration signal, which can accurately reflect the fault condition of the fan. For the analysis of the fan vibration signal, a cyclo-stationary demodulation algorithm is used to extract the characteristic frequency of the fan, while the proposed modulation intensity is used to represent the fault type and the fault degree of the fan. The fault diagnosis method is verified by field experiments with axial fans and jet fans, and is of significance for the diagnosis of metro fan faults.
