摘要 通过对大型工程建设安全管理要素间相互关系、地位的分析,提出了建设工程安全管理要素人本模型,并系统阐述了管理要素与人本模型结构对应关系。应用安全管理人本模型对具体工程建设案例实施评价分析,说明按照人本模型开展工程建设安全管理可实现本质安全,对大型工程建设安全管理具有良好的借鉴意义。 In this paper, the interrelationships between essential factors of large engineering construction safety management as well as their roles were analyzed. Accordingly, the construction engineering safety management essential factors (SMEF) human model was put forward. The corresponding relationships between the SMEF and the structure of the safety management human model (SMHM) was elucidated systematically. The evaluation and analysis of the implementation effect of the SMHM on the specific engineering construction cases reflected that the intrinsic safety can be achieved by conducting engineering construction in accordance with the SMHM. This is of good referential value for large engineering construction safety management.
