对南京长江岸线管理与保护工作的思考

Management and protection of Yangtze River shorelines in Nanjing City

长江岸线是支撑长江经济带发展的重要资源。南京市长江岸线管理和保护工作取得了一定成效,但也存在着局部岸线无序占用等问题。坚持共抓长江大保护、不搞大开发原则,统筹协调长江岸线保护和开发利用矛盾,提出长江岸线综合整治、促进岸线资源整合、提升长江岸线管理和保护能力的对策及建议,助推南京市长江岸线有序利用和绿色发展。

Yangtze River shorelines are important resources supporting development of Yangtze Economic Belt. Along with social and economic development along the river, the region has been increasingly relies on the Yangtze River. However, illegal occupation of river banks are found in part of the shorelines in Nanjing City. Thus, it suggests to focus on Yangtze River Protection Campaign instead of big development, and take integrated approaches for resources utilization, in order to strengthen capability of management and conservation and boost green development and rational development of Yangtze River shoreline in Nanjing City.
