摘要 为解决马道头选煤厂末煤系统介质消耗量大的问题,分析了各工艺环节的介质损耗原因,并提出将预脱介弧形筛改造为固定筛、安装稳流箱、调整固定筛板筛缝尺寸等措施。经现场应用,该改造有效地降低了末煤系统介质消耗,同时也大幅缩短更换弧形筛板影响生产次数及时间,取得了良好的经济效益。 In order to solve the problem of large media consumption in the coal system of Madaotou Coal Preparation Plant, the causes of media loss in each process segment were analyzed, and comprehensive measures were taken, such as the pre-media removal arc sieve was modified into a fixed sieve, and a steady flow tank was installed, and the discharge size of plate was adjusted. On-site application has shown that the transformation reduced the media consumption effectively, the times and time for replacing the arc sieve plate have also shortened, good economic benefits achieved.
