为快速诊断定位破碎机发生的故障,设计并实现了破碎机故障监测平台。介绍了该系统的组成,分析了该平台的硬件设计、软件设计以及故障平台的实现。设计并实现的破碎机故障监测平台已经应用于官地矿选煤厂。运行结果表明,该故障监测平台运行安全、稳定,使用效果良好。

In order to quickly diagnose and positioning the faults and error of the crusher, the crusher fault monitoring platform is designed and implemented. The composition of the system is introduced, and the hardware design, software design and implementation of the fault platform are analyzed. The crusher fault monitoring platform designed and implemented has been applied in Guandi mine coal preparation plant. The operation results show that the fault monitoring platform is safe, stable and effective.
