快速热处理合成SnO_2材料

摘要 自制氧化亚锡(SnO)原料,采用快速热处理技术使SnO转变成二氧化锡(SnO_2),研究不同温度对产物的物相组成以及显微形貌的影响。结果表明:SnO原料经400℃及以上温度热处理,可得到SnO_2材料;当热处理温度为400℃并保温1 min,即可得到SnO_2纳米颗粒,其平均尺寸约为30 nm;升高温度至500~1 000℃,SnO_2颗粒的尺寸逐渐增大,同时形貌也变得不规则。提出SnO转变成SnO_2的形成路径,即SnO先迅速氧化成Sn_2O_3,然后Sn_2O_3继续与O_2反应形成SnO_2。 In this study, we firstly synthesized SnO raw materials. And then, SnO was transformed into SnO 2 by rapid heat treatment technology (RTP). The effects of different temperatures on the phase composition and microstructure of the products were studied. The results show that the SnO 2 materials were obtained by RTP at 400 ℃ and above temperatures. At 400 ℃for 1 minute, SnO 2 nanoparticles had an average size of 30 nm . When the temperature was raised to 500~1 000 ℃, the size of SnO 2 particles gradually increased and the morphology became irregular. The formation path of SnO transformation to SnO 2 is proposed. First, SnO is rapidly oxidized to Sn 2O 3. And then, Sn 2O 3 continues to react with O 2 to form SnO 2.
