摘要
通过技术调研,结合我国动车组转向架研磨子技术要求,对研磨子的钢背材质、结构设计、摩擦块的材料配方、热压成型、热处理工艺进行了研究。研制出的研磨子在密度、硬度、摩擦系数、磨损率等性能上与目前CRH3型动车组使用的研磨子性能相当,为研磨子国产化提供了一定的理论基础。
We studied and analyzed the metal rear,structure design,friction block material formula,hot press molding and heat treatment process based on technical investigation and technical requirements of the abrasive block in the bogie of EMU. Then we developed a similar production of the abrasive block. By comparison, we found the density, hardness, friction coefficient and other physical and chemical performance of the production matched the technical specifications. So it provides a certain theoretical basis for the abrasive block localization.
