运血车血库气流组织与温度分布的仿真分析

摘要 目的:研究运血车血库内气流组织运动特性,了解温度分布规律,为改善与优化血库内部蒸发器及血筐的布局提供理论依据和技术指导。方法:建立运血车血库内三维空气流动与传热计算的数学模型,应用k-ε紊流方程模型对血库内的空气流场与温度场进行仿真模拟和数值计算。结果:血库内气流速度分布较为均匀,平均在1 m/s左右,两血筐中间区域形成的漩涡能有效地带动血筐周围空气流动。从温度分布结果可以看出,血库温度分布均匀,血筐所在区域温度偏差小于1℃,满足全血或悬浮红细胞存储标准要求。结论:该运血车血库内部蒸发器及血筐的布局合理,能有效保证运输过程中全血或悬浮红细胞的质量。 Objective To investigate the air pattern and temperature distribution characteristics in the blood bank of the blood transportation vehicle,and to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the layout optimization of evaporator and blood basket.Methods The mathematical model for air flow and heat transfer calculation was established,and the k-εturbulence model equations were used for simulation and numerical computation of the air pattern and temperature distribution in the blood bank.Results Simulation results showed a relatively uniform distribution of airflow velocity with an average at 1 m/s,and the air vortex generated among the blood baskets could effectively promote the air flow around.There was also a uniform temperature distribution in the blood bank with the spacial temperature deviation of the blood basket not higher than 1℃,so that the standard requirements were met for storing whole blood and suspension erythrocyte.Conclusion The blood transportation vehicle has the evaporator and blood basket distributed rationally so as to ensure safe transportation of whole blood and suspension erythrocyte.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2019,40(3):11-14]
