摘要 目的:为建筑条件受限的医疗机构建设符合高压氧学科发展目标的氧舱提供借鉴。方法:确定南京明基医院高压氧学科发展目标和拟筹建氧舱的技术性能目标,分析备选氧舱设置建筑条件及宜选舱型,选型大割圆柱体、平面封头、平移门、平面底型加压氧舱(简称"平底型氧舱")后进行针对性地三舱七门式ICU功能氧舱技术参数设计和基建设计。结果:在条件受限的建筑内成功建成直径为3 600 mm、总长度为19 600 mm的平底型三舱七门式ICU功能氧舱;氧舱平面封头设置见光宽度为1 050 mm的平移舱门;氧舱可同时容纳36名座位患者或13名病床患者。结论:拟建氧舱在建筑条件受限情况下,通过合理的氧舱选型及技术参数、基建设计,可建成符合高压氧学科发展目标的高压氧舱。 Objective To provide references for the medical institutions with limited building conditions to erect oxygen chamber that conforms to the development goal of the hyperbaric oxygen discipline.Methods The development goal of hyperbaric oxygen subject and the technical performance target of the proposed oxygen chamber in Nanjing Mingji Medical Center were determined.The building conditions for erecting hyperbaric chamber and the suitable type of oxygen chamber were analyzed.The technical parameter design and infrastructure design of ICU functional oxygen chamber with three locks and seven doors were carried out after the selection of large cut cylindrical locks with flat bottom and flat head.Results In the restricted building,a large cut cylindrical form of oxygen chamber with ICU function,with three locks and seven doors,with flat-head and flat-bottom,and with a diameter of 3 600 mm and a total length of 19 600 mm was erected successfully.Upsliding doors with the light width of 1 050 mm were put at the plat-head of locks.The chamber could accommodate 36 seating patients or 13 bed patients at the same time.Conclusion A suitable oxygen chamber meeting the development goal of the hyperbaric oxygen discipline can be erected by the reasonable lock form selection and technical parameter design in a restricted building.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2019,40(3):64-67,88]
