分析了航天粉煤气化炉气化室盘管泄漏和激冷环烧毁的原因,介绍了原有检修过程中存在的问题并提出相应的改进措施。检修方法改进后,不仅减轻了工作量、缩短了检修时间,而且降低了检修成本。

The causes of leakage of coil and burnout of quench ring in the gasification chamber of HT-L pulverized coal gasifier are analyzed. The existing problems in the original maintenance process are introduced, and corresponding improvement measures are put forward. The improved maintenance method not only lightens the workload, shortens the maintenance time, but also reduces the maintenance cost.
