鸭脚茶扦插繁殖试验初报

摘要 采用不同基质、不同浓度吲哚乙酸溶液及插穗浸泡时长、不同直径插穗对鸭脚茶进行了扦插繁殖试验,研究了不同因素对鸭脚茶扦插繁殖的影响,以期为人工无性繁殖鸭脚茶提供依据。试验结果表明:①不同基质中,扦插于100%黄心土中的鸭脚茶插穗扦插平均成活率最高,达82.96%;②不同浓度吲哚乙酸溶液中,浓度为400mg/L吲哚乙酸溶液浸泡的鸭脚茶插穗扦插平均成活率最高,达65.93%;③吲哚乙酸溶液浸泡插穗不同时长中,浸泡时长为20min的鸭脚茶插穗扦插平均成活率最高,达67.41%;④不同直径插穗中,插穗直径<0.4cm的鸭脚茶插穗扦插平均成活率最高,达63.33%;⑤4个因素中,基质对鸭脚茶成活率影响极显著,其F值达42.935,吲哚乙酸溶液浓度及插穗浸泡时长对鸭脚茶扦插成活率影响显著,其F值分别为4.532和5.929,插穗直径大小对鸭脚茶成活率影响不显著,其F值仅为0.831。 In this experiment,different substrate,different concentration of indole acetic acid solution,length and diameter of cuttings were used to study the effects of different factors on cuttage propagation of duck foot tea in order to provide evidence for artificial asexual propagation of duck foot tea.The experimental results showed that:(1)In different substrates,the average survival rate of cuttings of duck foot tea cuttings in 100% yellow core soil was the highest,reaching 82.96 %;(2)In the solution of indole acetic acid at different concentrations,the average survival rate of cuttings of duck foot tea soaked in 400 mg/L indole acetic acid solution was the highest,reaching 65.93%;(3)The solution of indole acetic acid was soaked in the same length of the cuttage,and the average survival rate of the duck foot tea cuttage with a length of 20 min was the highest,reaching 67.41%;(4)Among cuttings of different diameters,the average survival rate of cuttings of cuttings of duck foot tea with cuttings of diameter of 0.4 and 0.4 is the highest,reaching 63.33 %;(5)Among the four factors,the matrix has a significant impact on the survival rate of duck foot tea.Its F value is 42.935,and the concentration of indole acetic acid solution and the length of cuttage soaking have a significant effect on the survival rate of duck foot tea cuttings.The F value is 4.532 and 5.929,respectively.The diameter of cuttings had no significant effect on the survival rate of duck foot tea.Its F value was only 0.831.
