分析了理县生态护林员公益岗位管理现状,指出了阿坝州生态护林员公益岗位管理中存在的普遍问题,从调节生态护林员分布、完善管理机制、建立生态护林员公益的动态退出机制等方面提出了建议,以供参考。

Through the analysis of the present situation of the development and management of public welfare positions in Li County,this paper clarifies the existing problems in the management of public welfare positions of ecological forest rangers in Aba Prefecture and puts forward some suggestions for reference.
