In order to effectively carry on the rational development of resources,economic theory is very important in guiding the development of forestry.Only by mastering and being good at using advanced theories can we demonstrate better predictability when formulating resource development strategies.This paper summarizes the research present situation of the construction of forestry economic theory at home and abroad,in order to provide effective guidance for our country on the development of forestry resources,so that resources can be used with the most reasonable and most efficient way.
