经济新常态下构建适应社会需求的高职院校人才培养模式探析

Exploration on Construction of Talented Personnel Training Model for Higher Vocational Colleges to Meet the Social Needs in the New Normal Economy

指出了在经济新常态下,高职院校毕业生就业形势不容乐观,其根本原因在于传统的人才培养模式不符合用人单位的岗位要求,表现为专业知识不扎实、实践能力差、综合素质不高等人才培养质量不佳的现状。改变现状的对策是要变革现有的人才培养模式,构建适应社会需求的人才培养模式,培养高素质的技术技能型人才,提升人才培养质量,加强毕业生综合素质,提高毕业生就业质量。基于此,结合经济新常态下机械设计与制造行业的变化,分析了机械设计与制造专业人才培养现状,探索了机械设计岗位的社会需求与高职院校的人才培养模式的影响关系,从高职院校的人才培养目标、培养方案、师资队伍建设和课程考核评价方式等方面提出了相关建议,以期构建适应社会需求的高职院校人才培养的新模式。

Under the new normal economic situation,the employment situation of high vocational college graduates is not optimistic.The fundamental reason lies in the fact that the traditional talented training mode does not meet the requirements of employing units.It is manifested in the current situation that professional knowledge is not solid;practical ability is poor and the quality of comprehensive quality is not high.The countermeasures to change the current situation are to change the existing talent training mode.,build a talented training mode to meet the social needs,cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel,improve the quality of talent training,strengthen thUIe comprehensive quality of graduates and improve the quality of employment of graduates.Based on the changes of mechanical design and manufacturing industry under the new normal economic situation,this paper analyzed the changes of the demand for mechanical design and the present situation of the training mode of mechanical design and manufacturing professionals.It also explored the relationship between the social demand for mechanical design posts and the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges.Finally some suggestions are put forward such as curriculum system,teaching content,practical teaching and examination of higher vocational colleges in order to construct a new idea of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of society.
