“阳光体育运动”理念下的警察院校体育教学改革探讨

Discussion on Reform of Physical Education Teaching in Police Colleges under Concept of “Sunshine Sports”

警察院校体育教学不仅有助于提高警察院校学生的身体和心理素质,更是我国高等院校体育教学的重要组成部分。但是与其他院校体育教学相比,警察院校体育教学仍然存在教学理念落后、教学方式单一、教学评价不合理等情况。在警察院校体育教学中推动"阳光体育运动"的开展,可以激发学生的体育兴趣。结合教学实际分析警察院校体育教学中存在的问题,并提出具有针对性的措施。

Physical education in police colleges not only helps to improve the physical and psychological quality of students in police colleges,but also is an important part of physical education in higher education institutions in China.However,compared with other colleges and universities,physical education in police colleges still has backward teaching concepts,single teaching methods,and unreasonable teaching evaluation.We promote the development of“sunshine sports”in the physical education of police colleges,thus stimulating students’interest in sports.This paper discusses the problems existing in the physical education of police colleges in combination with the teaching practice,and proposes targeted measures.
